The ones that create guilt and shame, the layers of old grief and self-judgment. The pieces of you that maybe no one has really witnessed. They are THERE in the BEING. I am so glad to notice.

The being and the noticing gives me the opportunity to fall in love with my “achey” discomfort. I learn about the tender me, the raw me and I find wholiness in it ALL.

No one can touch your power when you’ve claimed every last piece of it back from the underworld of your own becoming. THIS IS TRANSMUTATION in full action.
